CONFERENCE ROOMS MAIN BUILDING
Our conference area in the main building connects directly to the hotel lobby, and consists of the rooms Donau (173 m²), Lech (90 m²) and Paar (56 m²), which can be combined individually for the conditions of your event.
The spacious lobby is available to your conference guests and conference participants for coffee breaks, meetings or receptions in the course of your event.
The wide window fronts lend a light atmosphere to the rooms Lech and Donau, and thanks to their direct access to the terrace behind the house, you can also relocate your conference outdoors if you wish.
All rooms have ventilation and aeration as well as air conditioning. Furthermore, free internet access via business WiFi ensures a pleasant and professional conference.
With the electrically operated blackout curtains in the room, and a modern light and blind system, you can achieve the perfect light conditions during your event. Tanks attached to the floor ensure an uncomplicated power supply, without long cable routes.
CONFERENCE ROOMS IN THE ANNEX
Our conference floor in the annex (a building complex) is directly connected to the main building of the Dehner Blumen Hotel. This means that both conference areas can be connected via the hotel lobby and a glazed walkway.
The inside walls consist of semi-automated separating elements and keep out a noise level up to 48 decibels. In addition, the rooms are provided with an insulated carpet and a noise-absorbent ceiling plaster.
In front of the conference rooms in the annex, there is a break lobby with seating areas and standing tables, where we provide coffee breaks for your event, but we can also offer receptions and snack bars.
All rooms in the annex are accessible for motor vehicles up to a maximum width of 2.3 m and a maximum weight of 2 tonnes. Due to the power connections in the floor, the electrical systems of vehicles can be run discreetly using a transformer.
Daylight and electrically operated dimming possibilities and dimmable lights guarantee a pleasant and professional conference. Free internet access via business WiFi round off our offering.

If the event is booked without conference packages, then the following room rental prices apply (except for banquet events):
Room hire costs according to room size per day
- Room size between 40 m² and 60 m²: €75.00
- Room size between 60 m² and 90 m²: €150.00
- Room size between 90 m² and 190 m²: €300.00
