In the “Rosenstube”, our à-la-carte restaurant, we cook local delicacies and delicious, refined dishes from the international cooking pot for you at lunchtime and in the evening.
Chef de Cuisine Pavlo Behnke and his team follow a kitchen philosophy which combines cleanliness, freshness, simplicity and ethics. When preparing our dishes, we exclusively use first class products, which we deliberately source from the region.
Our large selection of top wines – kept at the right temperature and stylishly presented in wine cabinets – round off an appealing meal in the “Rosenstube” perfectly. For a special drinking experience, you can also enjoy one of the premium beers from the beer factory Riegele, or another speciality from our varied drinks menu.
